Shipping is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any problems with the return carrier, including lost or stolen packages.
All packages are shipped using FexEx. Customers have the option of choosing Ground or Standard Overnight. All packages can be tracked on the FedEx site by entering your supplied tracking number. All shippng costs are based on the weight of the order and destination of the package.

Returns
In-store Return Policy
Receive a full refund with a Receipt. Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price listed on their receipt. Customers must present the receipt at the time of transaction. Exchange only when receipt is not present at the time of transaction. Exchange only. Customers will receive the option to exchange their product with other products in the store. Please note that at anytime management may refuse items to be returned or exchanged.

Lost a Receipt
Don't worry, call the store were you originally made the purchase. We will be able to reprint your receipt. You may be asked to show id verification.
